Hi, thank you for your interest in our services. The main intersection of where we’re located is Burnhamthorpe Rd E and Tomken Rd E. Please note we’re home based and do not accept walk ins and BOOK BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. To book an appointment please fill out our booking request below, let us know if there’s a specific day you would like to book and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

BEFORE YOU BOOK:

Thank you for your continued support! I’ve recently transitioned to a new full-time schedule, and with that, I’ve updated my business hours to better reflect current availability:

New Hours:

Monday – Friday: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Evening appointments only – limited to 1 client per day)

Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Full availability)

Lash Clients: I’ll be available to take you 7 days a week.

Brow Clients: Available weekends only.

Appointments are required in advance, especially for weekday evenings, as spots are limited. Weekend bookings remain open and flexible. I’m still here to provide you with the same quality service, just on a slightly different schedule. Thank you for understanding and supporting my business during this transition!

BOOKING POLICY

Please note that a $20 non-refundable booking deposit for a lash appointment/ $50 non-refundable booking deposit for brow appointment via e-transfer is required so secure the appointment. This deposit will be deducted from you total in which the reminder will be due the day of your service. Please do not send a deposit until the technician has sent out available dates and times.

In an event you want to reschedule, 24-48 hrs notice is required for lash appointments to be carried over towards your new appointment and 72 hours is required to carry over brow appointments.

After the time frame the deposit will be forfeited and you must pay a new deposit to reschedule your appointment.

**Note: For all new clients, a consent form must be filled out prior to your first service date. If the consent form is not recieved before the date of your appointment and confirmation of your appointment is not recieved in a timely manner, your appointment will be cancelled.
