What are the benefits of Nano Brows?

Nano brows give longer lasting results for clients with normal to oily skin. Nano strokes offer longer lasting color retention and a better shape. There will be no hair stroke shrinkage in the bulb area and less touch ups are needed which leads to better skin integrity.

What is Nano Hair Strokes?

Nano hair strokes are applied using a machine to create hair strokes on the outer perimeter of the brows. The center of the brows is shaded which gives a more dense and overall beautifully gradient look.

What is the difference between Microblading and Nano Brows?

Microblading is a form of semi-permanent make up where a razor like tool is used to make incisions to deliver pigment into the skin. Microblading lasts 1-2 years before needing a retouch and after some time, scar tissue can begin to form with repeated treatments over time as the same place is getting repeatedly cut. Nano Brows is the next generation of Microblading. Brows are created using a nano needle to deposit pigment onto the skin. It creates a more natural crisp defined hair stroke which mimics the growth of your existing hair. It’s less invasive and you’ll get a more natural look. Nano brows can be a combination of just both hair strokes and powder shading or just hair strokes.

Does it hurt?

The discomfort level is different for everyone. Prior to the Brow procedure, numbing cream is applied to the brow to ease any discomfort a client may feel. An additional layer is also applied throughout the entire procedure to increase comfort.

How long does it take to heal?

Everyone is different and healing time varies from person to person. The results and longevity of the tattoo depends greatly on the after care instructions you will be given and how you take care of your brows during the healing process. Clients will experience minimal discomfort, a little redness and tenderness which will subside within 24-48 hours. There will be minimal scabbing and flaking. We ask that you don’t rub, pick, peel or scratch your brows. At first your brows will seem very dark but it will gradually lighten by 30%. Your eyebrows should be completely healed in four weeks in which you will have to schedule your follow up touch up appointment in which the PMU Artist will touch up any light or patchy areas.

How long will Nano Brows last?

The longevity and results will very depending on each person’s skin type and lifestyle. Generally the procedure lasts anywhere from a year to a year and a half but to maintain the shape and color we recommend an annual touch up.

Do I need to book a consultation?

A patch test is recommend 48 hours before the procedure to determine if there will be any reactions or allergies to the numbing or pigment which will be used. If you choose not to come in for a patch test, you understand that you will be waiving the rights for the patch test and and have agreed to go ahead with the procedure. Prior to the procedure, we require all clients to fill out our contactless consent form. The day of the patch test or day before your appointment, we will go through what to expect before your appointment, the brow options there are and what service we think will be best for you based on your desire, skin type and lifestyle. The consultation will also give you the opportunity to ask any and all questions.
